brag: a launch video cut straight from your project's code
Shipping a side project is one job and showing it off is another; brag handles the second. It reads the current project's code, so no live URL or screenshots are needed, plans an angle, storyboards the beats and hands a focused brief to Hyperframes for the build and render. You get a brag-output folder with the plan, brief, share copy and brag.mp4.

What it does
Works in four stages: inspect the project, plan and storyboard, hand off to Hyperframes, then validate, render and write share copy.
Ships seven tone presets, from polished and deadpan to yc-parody and chaotic, and accepts a freeform direction on top of them.
Takes --format landscape, vertical or square, plus --duration, --title, --no-music and --no-sfx for quick control.
Keeps narration off unless you pass --voice, which adds a Kokoro voiceover through Hyperframes.
Picks the strongest frame as brag.jpg and bakes it in as frame zero, so the idle thumbnail is never random.
When to use it
A side project or site is done and you want a short clip to announce it without opening an editor.
You want a tongue-in-cheek fake startup launch and would rather describe the tone in one line.
The same launch needs a vertical cut for short-form feeds alongside the landscape version.

Questions
How do I install brag in Claude Code?
Run /plugin marketplace add latent-spaces/brag, then /plugin install brag@brag, and call /brag inside any project. Other agents can use the skills CLI command on this page.
What is brag-slim?
A lean rebuild for Opus 5.5 with no Hyperframes and no bundled assets. On that model /brag switches to it automatically, and /brag --full keeps the classic workflow.
Can I get a video without installing anything?
Yes. letsbrag.app runs /brag for you: paste your site's link and it returns a 20-second video with music and share copy.
