Can I use it with Codex or Claude Desktop?
Yes. The releases include pm-skills-codex.zip, which installs .agents/skills and AGENTS.md, and a starter pack of individual skill ZIPs for Claude Desktop and the web app.
How is it different from PM Skills Marketplace?
They are separate projects by different authors. This one aims to be functional and teaching in equal measure, and its non-commercial licence limits how you can reuse the material.
